Hotel Pineta informs you that the processing of personal data provided by you when filling in this form with which you have sent your request for information, will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protecting your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code - Legislative Decree 30.06.2003, n. 196 et seq. (hereinafter, "Code"), in the name and on behalf of Hotel Pineta, we inform you of the following:

   Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
   1. for the correct management of the request for information sent and for the processing of the request itself;
   2. for the sending of newsletters concerning, for example, events, promotional initiatives and for the sending of the best holiday proposals.

   In relation to the purposes mentioned above, the processing of your personal data will be done by computer and manual methods, so as to ensure the confidentiality and security of the same.
3. Nature of the conferment
   In relation to the purposes under 1.1 and 1.2., the provision of your personal data is optional, however, any refusal to provide them could make it impossible to take charge and manage the request for information and / or receive the newsletter.
4. Categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as Managers or Persons in Charge
   Your personal data may be disclosed to employees and collaborators, including external, of the Owner and the Manager and to persons who provide services instrumental to the purposes mentioned above (such as, for example, technical services for the management of information systems). These subjects will act as Managers or Persons in Charge of the treatment. The data may be disclosed to third parties, business partners of Hotel Pineta, which perform functions related to the service requested by you, even outside the national territory in countries belonging to the EU in accordance with art. 42 of Legislative Decree 196 /2003 Privacy Code (hereinafter for brevity the "Code").
5. Rights of the interested party
   Finally, we inform you that the Code gives the interested party the possibility to exercise specific rights.
