Chef Bruno passionately produces wine in the private wine cellar of our hotel. Chef Bruno's and other local producers inspired our sommelier Andreas, who tells us: “My passion for wine arose when I met these producers and by reading specialist publications: I understood what motivated these experts. Often it’s started just for fun, but usually it’s something more serious: the desire to do something unique that all people can experience and remain as an indelible sign in the mind of those who are lucky enough to sample their products”.
